Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

Shipping Estimated arrivals: 

 Wallpapers: 

Stocked in New Zealand – Usually 1-3 days.  

  • We have over 2000 rolls in stock in our Nelson warehouse, ready to pack and dispatch now.
  • We also source products from other New Zealand base distributers who have stock readily available.

 

Stocked Internationally:  Allow up to 21 days. 

  • We have orders arriving daily from Europe, Asia, Australia and North America.
  • The current international climate is unpredictable at times.  We’ve had orders arrive from the UK within 48 hours.

 

Cane Furniture: 

  • Stocked in Nelson warehouse - Up to 2-weeks.
  • International – Up to 3 months.

 

Fabrics:  

  • Usually 1-2 weeks.

 

 

Custom Wallpapers, Murals, Fabrics 

 

 

 Shipping Fees: 

 Shipping: 

Wallpaper orders over $250 is free to New Zealand address.  Shipping on all wallpaper orders under $250 is a flat rate of $12.99. 

 

Rural Delivery (RD) Fees: On some products it is necessary to charge a Rural Delivery Fee.  This is clearly listed on the affected products.  It is the responsibility of the customer to declare a Rural Delivery address when purchasing these products.  We will not ship these products to Rural Delivery addresses if the Rural Delivery fee has not be paid.
