How long does it take to receive a sample?
We have thousands of samples in stock at our Nelson warehouse, ready to ship. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days, but during busy periods, it may take up to 5 business days.
If a sample is not in stock, we need to order it from our suppliers, which can take up to 3 weeks depending on availability and shipping times.
