Custom murals are made to fit your wall, printed to order, and delivered to you ready for installation.

1. Measuring for a Mural

• Measure the width of the wall at the widest point.
• Measure the height of the wall at the tallest point.
• Add 5cm to both your width and height measurements to allow for cutting and trimming during installation.
• If your wall isn’t perfectly square, always measure at several points (top, middle, bottom for width; left, centre, right for height).

Providing accurate measurements ensures the mural covers the entire wall without gaps.

2. How the Ordering Process Works

• Once you order, the mural is custom printed based on the size you provided.
• Most mural orders do not include a proof unless specifically requested. If you need a proof, contact us before placing your order.
• Lead time: Printing usually takes 3–4 weeks before shipping.

3. Installation Notes

• Murals are supplied in numbered panels (e.g., Panel 1, Panel 2, Panel 3) and must be installed in order.
• Walls should be smooth, clean, and primed before installation.
• We recommend using a lining paper for the best finish, especially on imperfect walls.
• Allow the mural panels to slightly overlap onto adjacent walls if trimming into corners.

4. Return and Refund Policy for Murals

• Because murals are printed specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty.
• Double-check your measurements carefully before ordering.
• We cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or installation mistakes.

5. Materials and Printing

• Most murals are printed on high-quality non-woven wallpaper.
• Paste-the-wall installation method is recommended unless otherwise stated.
• Murals are designed to be durable, easy to hang, and removable when needed.

6. Special Cases

• If you have sloped ceilings, multiple walls, or unusual wall shapes, contact us first for advice.
• We can often help you adjust the design layout for tricky spaces.
