We are so surprised at the number of people visiting our store from out of town. While this is exciting and wonderful there are some things that you should know before you make the trip to Nelson.
We have over 6000 products on our website. We can't possibly have them all here. We suggest emailing our team prior to booking those flights and letting us know what you are considering so if at all possible we can get it in for you. Sometimes sampling (if not in stock) can take a while to reach us - so please do let us know what you are considering.
Many murals do not come with sampling. The books look exactly the same as the website and some are not even in books. It may not be worth making a special trip to see a mural.
We are open funny hours - we know it. We had to close our doors a few days a week to actually do work (like getting some of these products in for you). Our official hours are currently Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 - 4. We have staff on for you on those days and the store will be ready, cleaned and everything hopefully put back into place. If you are coming in from out of town and can't make those days - drop our team an email and we can see if we can sort something out (but we do need some notice to do this).
